We Care Wild is developing a public photographic library to make stunning wildlife imagery accessible for educational and conservation purposes. This library will feature high-quality images donated by professional and aspiring photographers, showcasing diverse species, habitats, and conservation efforts from around the globe. Educators, conservationists, and nonprofit organizations can access this library to enrich their materials, presentations, and campaigns, helping to raise awareness and inspire action for wildlife protection. By providing a freely accessible repository of impactful visuals, our photographic library aims to support educational initiatives and empower conservation advocates to share powerful stories about the natural world.

We Care Wild is building a dedicated team of Expert Volunteer Photographers who will be on call to support various educational, research, and conservation initiatives that require professional photography. This team of skilled photographers will be available to document important conservation efforts, capture stunning images of wildlife and ecosystems, and support projects that bring visibility to environmental challenges. We Care Wild will cover all costs associated with travel, accommodation, and equipment, ensuring that our photographers can focus fully on their mission. Additionally, these photographers will contribute select images from their assignments to our public photographic library, helping to expand this resource and amplify our shared commitment to conservation. Through their lenses, these talented photographers will play a vital role in raising awareness and inspiring action for wildlife protection.
Designed to inspire and equip photographers of all skill levels with the tools they need to capture the beauty of nature. These workshops will be led by experienced wildlife photographers and provide hands-on training in various environments, from forests to wetlands, covering techniques for photographing diverse animal species. Participants will gain valuable insights into ethical wildlife photography, ensuring minimal disturbance to the animals and their habitats. Alongside practical field sessions, our workshops include post-processing tutorials and sessions on storytelling through photography, helping attendees create compelling images that raise awareness for conservation.
Our donated gear repurposing and distribution program at We Care Wild is designed to empower aspiring wildlife photographers by providing them with essential photography and outdoor equipment. Through generous donations from photographers and supporters, we collect gently used cameras, lenses, accessories and outerwear, which are then refurbished and distributed to individuals and organizations that can benefit from them. This program not only supports young and under-resourced photographers who might not otherwise have access to quality equipment but also encourages a more sustainable approach to photography by giving new life to pre-owned gear. By equipping emerging photographers with the right tools, we aim to nurture talent and foster a new generation of storytellers who are passionate about wildlife conservation.
Pending funding, We Care Wild will be proud to offer expedition grants to support photographers with a passion for wildlife and conservation. These grants are designed to fund photographic expeditions for individuals who demonstrate both a commitment to ethical wildlife photography and a vision for impactful storytelling. By providing financial assistance for travel, equipment, and other necessary resources, we enable recipients to document and share compelling conservation narratives from around the world. Whether capturing endangered species, documenting habitats under threat, or showcasing conservation efforts in action, these photographers can bring critical attention to environmental issues. Our expedition grants aim not only to support the careers of talented photographers but also to foster greater awareness and inspire action for the preservation of our planet's biodiversity.
